50.9 Certificate of competence required by operators of mobile lasers.
(a) General. No individual shall operate, nor shall any person or employer designate any individual to operate, any mobile laser unless such individual holds a valid certificate of competence which has been issued by the Commissioner of Labor of the State of New York in accordance with the provisions of this Part (rule).
